Using the Bulk Create feature

The Bulk Create feature in Contentpen allows you to generate multiple articles at once, saving time and streamlining your content workflow. This is ideal for content teams or for planning multiple articles around a campaign.

This guide explains how to use the Bulk Create dashboard step by step.

Access the Bulk Create dashboard

1. From your workspace dashboard, click the Bulk Create button in the top-right corner.

2. The Bulk Creation Dashboard will appear. This is where you can set up multiple articles to be generated simultaneously.

Adding articles for bulk generation

You can create as many articles as you want in one go by adding multiple rows to the dashboard.

For each row:

Primary keyword

Enter the main keyword for the article. This is the focus around which Contentpen will generate content.

Topic (Optional)

• Enter a topic manually, or
• Click the AI Suggest icon to get topic suggestions based on your primary keyword
• Select the most relevant topic from the suggestions

Preset

Choose a preset from the dropdown menu if you have already created article presets. The preset will prefill settings like tone, style, structure, and formatting for this article.

Adding articles to the queue

Once each row is set up:

Click on "Generate Articles" to set all for generation.

Or, click Add to Queue for specific rows if you want certain articles to be generated before the others.

• Contentpen will start generating the article immediately.
• You can continue adding more rows with the same process to generate multiple articles in bulk.

Managing bulk articles

• You can track article generation progress in the notifications bar.
• Once an article is ready, you’ll see it in the Planner list view.
• From there, you can open each article, edit it further, optimize for SEO, and publish when ready.

Best practices for bulk creation

• Use AI-suggested topics if you’re unsure what to write about for a keyword.
• Star important keywords or topics beforehand to prioritize them.
• Use presets to maintain consistent tone, style, and structure across multiple articles.
• Add articles in small batches if you want to monitor output quality closely, or large batches if you need to scale quickly.

Using the Bulk Create feature allows you to efficiently generate a large number of articles without compromising quality, saving both time and effort.
